Policies
Consideration
Fees are charged solely for my time, availability, and professional companionship during our scheduled engagement. Fees compensate me for reserving my time and providing personalized companionship, conversation, and social accompaniment. No fee is ever charged for any specific activity beyond these professional services. I reserve the right to decline or end any engagement at my discretion if I feel uncomfortable or if my personal boundaries are not respected.
Verification
To ensure a safe, professional, and enjoyable experience for everyone, all new clients are asked to complete a brief verification process before a reservation can be confirmed. After your initial inquiry, I will contact you with the information needed to complete this process. I generally accept selfie-photos of you holding a legal ID, or references from two providing colleagues that you have seen in the past six months. The more information you are comfortable sharing, the easier it is for us to establish trust and ensure a relaxed, enjoyable experience from the very beginning.
Your privacy is extremely important to me. Any personal information or identification you provide will be treated as strictly confidential, used solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and confirming our engagement. Verification materials are securely reviewed and permanently deleted once the verification process has been completed. Upon request, I am willing to sign an NDA for your additional comfort.

Deposits
Every engagement is thoughtfully planned to ensure an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Because I accept only a limited number of engagements, reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
To reserve my time, a 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required once your inquiry has been accepted. Upon confirmation of our arrangements, you'll receive all necessary details to complete your reservation. Your date and time are considered reserved only after the deposit has been received. I am flexible on the form and manner of the deposit. If you would like for me to arrange my own travel, reserve hotels, or make other arrangements, those costs should be added to the deposit amount.
Should your plans change, I simply ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled within a reasonable period. If I have to cancel -- which has never happened! -- I will return the deposit immediately.
My time is valuable, and I understand that yours is as well. I strive to make every interaction effortless, discreet, and enjoyable, beginning with the reservation process itself.

Meeting
Upon our meeting, please immediately present the balance of fees in cash in an unsealed envelope. If in public, please provide it inside of a gift bag. If in private, please present it inside the bathroom. Please do this immediately, without discussion, and without making me ask. Let's not start things off awkwardly!
It goes without saying, but if I feel uncomfortable in any way during our meeting, I reserve the right to end our meeting immediately.
Privacy
Privacy and discretion are fundamental to my professional practice. To help protect the confidentiality of every client, I maintain a personal no-public-review policy. I kindly ask that you refrain from posting reviews, testimonials, or public commentary regarding our professional relationship on websites, forums, or social media.
If a prospective service provider requests references, I may, at my sole discretion and with the prior consent of the individuals involved, arrange a private reference from a client with whom I have worked within the past six months.
